We are open throughout the winter months Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm.

Earlier bookings can be taken, & we can open for parties of 8 or more any evening.

This week our Halloween special trick or treat menu, served Wednesday 30th October to 1st November from 6pm.

Starters

Pumpkin Soup

Spiced with coconut cream & honey toasted pumpkin seeds  with crusty roll

Confit of Duck leg

On a bed of Carameleized red cabbage , with a braised apricot coulis & dressed leaves

Crab Risotto

Spiced ink risotto, topped with avocado Guacomole

Half Galia melon

Encasing mixed fruits & champagne sorbet

 

Mains

Crispy belly of Bala pork

Scallops & king prawns with braised fennel served with an onion & balsamic sauce

Braised shoulder of Welsh lamb

With an apple & mint gravy

Welsh black sirloin steak

Horseradish mashed potato, with a shallot confit  served with a Diane sauce

Fillet of Barmouth Seabass

Smoked mussels & a vanilla white wine cream sauce

Goats cheese Filo Pie

With red onion marmalade & a rustic tomato sauce

Mini Yorkshire pudding with Parma ham & cream cheese with a spicy crab ball

Starters

Wild mushroom soup

With thyme  & crème fraiche served with a  cumin & coriander scone

Llandudno Smoked salmon rillettes

Served with pickled cucumber noodles & Melba toast

Pear & Per Las cheese salad

Dressed with honey & mustard dressing (smoked pancetta can be added)

Potted crab

 Melba toast & a lemon & coriander mayonnaise

Duck liver  & Penderhyn whisky pate

Roast Local Turkey or Bala goose

  Lemon, thyme & chesnut stuffing, bread sauce,  & a cranberry gravy

Mustard & herb Roast Welsh black Sirloin & Yorkshire pudding

 All roast meals served with roast parsnips, roast Potatoes & chipolatas

Fillet of Barmouth seabass

With a seafood & vanilla sauce

Fillet of Llandudno plaice

 Topped with herbs & parmesan & ovenbaked

Braised belly of local pork

Dauphinoise potatoes , quince jam & a pink peppercorn gravy

With a  tomato & chilli ragu served with chestnuts & wilted gem lettuce with   basil pesto
